Good stock benefits that can grow drastically

Everything apart from RSU is a con. No quality work, they acquire companies and tear them into pieces. Employees are always in a fear of layoff. No focus on R & D. Cashed out the acquired companies products. Lot of politics to have yourself saved from the next layoffs.
