      Salary RSU and benefits. the layoff package was the highlight

      Cons

      just about everything else. terrible management a culture of fear, and a serious lack of empathy for either customers of employees. this is basically a thinly veiled PE play.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
