They make you work 10 to 12 hours and pay only 8 hrs for consultants, crappy architecture, any one line of java code you change, you are using free jetty and it takes 30 minutes to builds the project.Why can;t they use websphere/RAD, which picks up hot deploymenyt automatically I wonder if the great mayor knows about this bad practises.
