      Good benefits, office, compensation and community

      Cons

      Heavy workload and not many transferrable skills. Obsessed with Diversity & Inclusion, which just becomes self-defeating and counter productive. Heard management say they will try to make talent pools 'as diverse as possible' instead of 'as competent as possible'. Identity politics are very much alive here...

      - Terrible analytics managers and TLs - The department is known for micro-management - Have seen discrimination across the analytics and sales departments multiple times
