      Pros

      The benefits are incredible. The top guys are really admirable and the culture they push is incredible. The hours are good and they are flexible as long as you are considered a "Good" performer.

      Cons

      Managers that are problematic are not always dealt with properly. They'll often be enrolled in useless "how to be a good boss" class, instead of replaced.

      Great company, in this role you have the chance to learn about the financial markets, the terminal, and also you get client exposure.

      - Terrible analytics managers and TLs - The department is known for micro-management - Have seen discrimination across the analytics and sales departments multiple times
