The media department gives 0% raises regardless of how hard you work. They claim it is a department limitation based on the funds they receive. Raises are not guaranteed regardless of how well the company does. The person that does the bare minimum to keep their job is compensated the same as the go getter. Work for any department in Bloomberg other than Media if you want to be compensated for your hard work.
