      Company offers the ability to switch jobs internally every year, based on performance. Excellent benefits package. 20 days vacation to start!

      Cons

      Many developer positions are stress loaded and require lots of extra hours to meet imposed delivery deadlines. Company is not increasing gross sales as quickly as it used to.
