      Benefits are good, but being promoted sucks, unless you have the special "assets".

      Decent pay and amazing benefits. Great company to start a career with. Opportunities to stay long term if on a good team.

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic, very strict company culture and can be stagnant with opportunities to grow.
