      Good salary, a lot of hours if you want to make extra money, adaptability to your commitments outside work

      Cons

      Management very unskilled, wrong people promoted that creates a climate of unfairness and closeness to the issues of the team. If you are friends with the managers you'll have a good times, if you raise concerns a bit less

      Good amount of hours 40-50/week Decent pay Free coffee

      Cons

      *Management doesn't know what they are doing *Constant lack of inventory(cutlery, glassware) at the point you cannot set up tables, and guests being seated at unset tables. *Some giving away free shots to opposite sex guests. *Instead of managing, management just take food orders when it is not even needed. *Food is not great. Bland pasta or basic margarita pizza is all you will get on the menu, only carbs no protein. *All the tables in a single section being sat at the same time, putting pressure on servers on busy days. *Management and some staff talk in Italian between themselves even with non-speakers around, making them feel ignored and excluded.
