*Management doesn't know what they are doing
*Constant lack of inventory(cutlery, glassware) at the point you cannot set up tables, and guests being seated at unset tables.
*Some giving away free shots to opposite sex guests.
*Instead of managing, management just take food orders when it is not even needed.
*Food is not great. Bland pasta or basic margarita pizza is all you will get on the menu, only carbs no protein.
*All the tables in a single section being sat at the same time, putting pressure on servers on busy days.
*Management and some staff talk in Italian between themselves even with non-speakers around, making them feel ignored and excluded.
