Pros
- Some friendly team members. - Local location. - Flexi-time. - Competitive salary. - Social atmosphere. - Handled a transition to "remote working" somewhat well. - Nothing more.
Cons
My biggest regret in my career so far was even giving Bespoke the time of day because it feels like I've wasted my time and effort. - Employees are thrown in at the deep end with no prior guidance. - New members are encouraged to leave fake, 5 star reviews to "pump" up the company. - Management just aren't equipped to help and support employees. - A company far more focused on their image, brand and, not to mention, the book than their employees. - Favouritism between existing employees (and clients) who have worked there for some time. - Out of date and non-practical approach to work - harder, not easier. Some would rather step away from "the noise" than be apart of the team. - Feedback isn't directly given. - Working week is work, work, work - no "Friday culture"/"social culture" like a lot of places. - Remote working can be a pain, especially if you're new.
