      Small team and good benefits.

      Cons

      It was not possible to innovate or move forward with new projects because everything had to be approved by the headquarters in France. Management moved from Brazil to Colombia to cut costs, which led to the entire operation being downgraded with less qualified employees. The new managers are also based there. They no longer care about employees working outside of Colombia.

      Everything was good while I was doing my internship here. The manager was nice and I learned a lot from this company.

      Good working environment but a little stressful because everyone tried to do his/her best so sometimes work over time
