1. There are a lot of managers whose work is only to set up meetings just to show that they are busy 2. A lot of meetings that could be a one-paragraph email 3. Low salary for employees as opposed to ridiculously high salaries for team leads and higher management. 4. Very unprofessional work environment; from HR to sales, actuary, IT. 5. Bad office 6. Disrespectful management, especially, actuary managers in Sweden. 7. Very bureaucratic 8. You will be promoted to team lead if you are French or speak French. 9. Outdated IT tools, which leads to useless skills. The skills you gain here will not be useful if you want to switch your job. 10. Little or no professional development opportunities.
