They care about people: always finding new perks to work proactively on the "people wellbeing" - and also in the retention. There is some space for career growth and also for sharing new ideas/projects.
Cons
Super hierarchic structure, slow evolution and improvement of the internal processes. Despite the space for career growth and new ideas/projects, everything happens really, really slow, when eventually those improvements don't even make sense anymore.
