      Great Pay Lots of projects means a lot of opportunities Large pool of employees to draw assist from Good flextime policy

      Labs could be better managed Security could be better Organization is so large, you could be lost / sent to the wast-side

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
