      Pros

      good experience and you learn a lot of things though different assignments. I was an undergrad at that time, so it was a very good experience.

      Cons

      not a lot of opportunity for full time employment. Opportunity to progress at work didnt seem to be easy or achievable at the job.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
