* Top-down process driven management * Highly conservative ivory-tower management * High levels of "dead-wood" associates (to the point incompetence) * For highly capable / ambitious Bay-Area types, the company has a reputation for being the employer-of-last-resort * Very little innovation happening within R&D, (that's what buying other companies is for...) * Overly sensitive, politically correct, working environment. * The meetings... my God, the useless meetings.
