      Great solid company, highly ethical, care for employees and environment. Very strong leadership - always working to improve shareholders and stakeholders value

      No clear career path, so it takes very long to move up

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
