      Top notch healthcare and might be old school, but uses cubicles instead of the open office layout. Lots of cross team collaboration too

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
