      BD Carefusion has the worst leadership I have ever seen in any health care organization. It is top heavy with incompetent Senior Director and Directors. They have no technical knowledge and worst people's manager skill set. PLEASE DON'T APPLY OR WORK HERE. IT IS HELL.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
