      Smart colleagues. Interesting scientific domain and computer science problems. You're working to improve patients' lives.

      Lots of hoops to get through to initiate change. Heavily bureaucratic.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
