      Pros

      BD acquired my company, then disassembled and ruined it. I cant think of any pros

      Cons

      BD laid off so many long-tenured people who were major contributors to the company's success. Anyone left now has keeping off the radar as a priority. The moral is in the toilet. They promoted/hired less experienced (and lower cost) people to fill in, but they soon find out the real deal and start working to find other positions...

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
