BD is continuously bagging Top Job awards, and the employees are very loyal, fluctuation is relatively low.
Cons
The company is not exactly adventurous and decisive - it may well happen that important decisions are postponed and delegated around because nobody actually wants to make them until the last minute. While this can be the occassional nuissance, a real downside is, that BD is not exactly the best payer in the industy. Moreover, since the average employee will be with BD for a very long time, the company runs risks of getting biased insider perspectives, which does not go together well with the mentioned indecisiveness.
