Pros
Great compensation and benefits, great mission and vision. Career growth (but only if you're willing to move).
Cons
Very old school, hierarchical company. The leadership team wants to transform into a more modern workplace, but their behaviors contradict this aspiration completely. The company is run by a bunch of old men. If you don't know how to play the political game and are looking to work in a collaborative team environment, this isn't the place for you.
