Pros
They have a mission, history of good values and walking the walk. The products are important to the world, there is an overarching desire to do good.
Cons
Recent years have brought changes that reward bullying and stifles individual opinions/ideas. People are not valued the way they used to be and it shows in how they are treated. I fear this company has lost its way.
