      great people with a lot of experience

      Cons

      overly matrixed with unclear accountability lines and lack of clear performance metrics. Every region acts independently creating brand and growth inconsistencies. Missing out on centralizing for best practice.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
