      Executive leadership is getting worse and worse. Any level above a direct manager does not understand the fundamentals of how the business unit runs successfully, leading to misguided strategies.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
