      The company has an almost unlimited access to amazing engineering tools and resources, along with a very large knowledge base.

      Multiple layers of middle management that can add layers of complexity to decision making and paths forward on projects.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
