      They allow you to work from home when you’re not feeling well. The people are easy to work with and get along with.

      They will keep harmful leaders in place until they do irreparable damage to the team.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
