1. Company priorities gender over skills. A lot of incompetent female “leadership” talks and micromanagement over small goals than actual solving issue. 2. They prioritize visibility over actual work, doing event or making slides will earn you more promotional seats than doing the actual work. 3. No proper training, except for those Udemy or LinkedIn courses which kinda useless. 4. If there is training, they will bond you. 5. Too many old school mentality people holding important roles. 6.
