Pros

The floor staff I personally work with are great, and the warehouse is apparently one of the more organised in the area, which I feel is true having seen a few other retail warehouses which are an absolute mess.

Cons

A maximum of 16 hours weekly contracted, despite there always being a need for overtime. Unless a supervisor, in which it is only 20 hours with 20-30p wage increase. Also, "group huddles" at the start of the day which feel incredibly redundant and a waste of time.
