WORST WORKPLACE IN HISTORY! - Replenishment Manager B&M Retail Employee Review

Zero training for role. Toxic employees. Employees not knowing their roles. Employees not working. Constant over supply of goods resulting in a large backlog of pallets, making food go out of date even before it gets to the shop floor. Members of management with holding information from other employees to appear better than they are. Temp staff that do nothing. Genuinely worst place I've ever worked, some very vindictive employees in there who manipulate and lie to get what they want (floor manager). Worked this out literally within first week and that combined with a multitude of issues made me leave within 2 months. Learnt hardly anything within these two months. Incorrect shifts every week.
