10% Staff discount, lovely colleagues. Good for a quick start of someone is unemployed but definitely not long term.
Cons
Although the store manager is amazing the company is not. They don't care how you get thigs done they just want it done. The store always have to be an 8 out of 10 and it doesn't matter if there are 20 staff working or just 2. One week they give you overtime they next week they cut back on hours. Stocktake is mandatory by the company which always takes place after hours Sunday by the staff who's working there. They say they are flexible but when it's "business need" then they are not. No motivation from above store manager. Christmas bonus last year was a £10 note. This year they doubled it to a £20 b&m voucher which obviously goes back into the company. My advice is that if you don't have to don't work for this company. If you're unemployed and desperate do join but keep looking elsewhere as I don't recommend to stay long term.
