Pros
Can be fun if the staff are relaxed, decentish perks such as 10% off or sometimes 20%. Can climb far in the company really quickly but not worth the pay or greif
Cons
Not made for long time work as management will grind you into the ground to try to fully control how and when you work, i hope you don't have a social life as you will always be asked to work hours you have specified you cannot do. Management only care for themselves and will blame you for their mistakes. Not only this they expect work done in completely impossible time frames
