No respect for staff - Customer Service B&M Retail Employee Review

Too much expected of staff, no training given on think 25 or anything it’s learn as you go. Never had a job where a new manager comes in and talks to staff so rude it’s almost bullying. It was great at first then quickly went downhill. I was dismissed for a reason I’m trying to appeal that isn’t legally acceptable but it’s caused me such mental health issues I’m still waiting on my outcome 2 weeks later and legally that’s not acceptable. They’ve done wrong so much it’s a shock how they are still open. They don’t support staff in HR if you do wrong you’re gone end of. Quick staff turn around which is never good and OGs most have gone now.
