Pros
The majority of the staff are decent people unfortunately the management in the forge retail park store in Glasgow are complete morons that haven't got a clue how to behave decently towards staff
Cons
Extremely poor management supervisors are pathetic in their attempts to appease the management's unrealistic demands have recently been told that you have to ask to go to the toilet generally you are treated with contempt pulled up for the stupidest things imaginable given no credit for doing a good job would not recommend working for this company avoid if possible!!!
