Pros? There’s some nice staff Can progress to department manager but good lucky any further as they seems to employ outside the business

Don’t expect a work life Balance when stepping up some management expected to work Thursday through to Sunday and can only have here days off on a Monday Tuesday or Wednesday off, Don’t get paid enough for the stress and big load of work you do. Most store get no support. Expected to support other stores but no help to your own then moaned and question as to why your store ain’t good even tho you’ve been made to send several colleagues to other stores multiple times Used to do higher positions jobs without the pay for “experience” but then getting no promotions what’s so ever. Having to do more than one persons job at once then moaned at why it’s not done. Being expected to do several department moves at once in one week which is just impossible when ya have no staff. Not enough hours invested in some stores. Company also forced staff to write 5 star reviews.
