Pros
Other than work experience in retail, I can not see many pros to working for this company. I have heard from people who work at other B&M stores across the country and they have all said the same thing.
Cons
The managers expected you to complete a job that would usually take around an hour in 15 minutes, stating that it has to be done in this set time or there will be consequences. Also, I believe that an employer should always treat their staff with respect and let the staff know that they can come to them with problems, not be scared to talk to them like this employer. Also, the customers are so rude, employers and managers should take this into consideration when giving grief to the staff on tills etc. as it is a hard job when abuse is being thrown at you.
