      Love the retail environment been doing it for over 20yrs. The sense of being part of a team at store level. Great loyal long term staff members... They are the heart of b&m. Succession plan in store is great... Easy to move to the next stage of career

      Poor pay/salary Unachievable targets Diabolical wage % Working for a company that now you get the sense that you are only a number. No proper support.
