Pros
I have worked for B&M for just under 3 yrs, I have had great support from area managers and have progressed in many areas. I'm now a Peoples champion, stock loss champion, and RJ champion for my area and love being able to help and support other managers and general staff within stores across our area. At times i do face hard times and challenges (as in any retail business) but knowing I have great support from managers and head office helps me get through! We have an amazing team at HR who are always helpful, I am PROUD to work for B&M and look forward to progressing further with the company :)

Not a lot to write here... As I said above there's always challenges In Retail but B&M as a company are growing and expanding rapidly and so is the support we receive to help us in store.
