      Good expansion leading to good opportunities.

      Cons

      Poor pay and conditions. Inexperienced management team. People just don't matter to the company at all. A bit like working in a large pound shop where everyone is rushing about selling lots of cheap stuff. No quality in place anywhere with anything... If you want to work somewhere with absolutely no character whatsoever you would be happy here.
