      Pros

      Not many, on the website it states lots of internal opportunities but this is not true as 90% of managers etc are outsiders who don't have a clue about how to run a B&M store and then the floor staff are left to pick up the pieces and are disciplined if they get it wrong!

      Cons

      many!!!, long hours, unappreciated, underpaid and overworked!, lots of different rules dependant on whether you are friends with management or not
