Do Not Work Here - Customer Service B&M Retail Employee Review

MANAGEMENT!!!!!! I do not think it matters what store or area you are in management is a problem. Area managers choose their favorite store based on the manager that is most up their butts. Store managers are thrown straight into the deep in with no support and in turn treat their staff like poo. Most the management in the store i worked at are only in a position of management as there was no one else to fill the slot they aren't actually qualified enough to manage. Constantly over worked and under paid with no appreciation for going above your job role and helping out with extra hours. There is no incentive to work here unless you desperately need a job. Lack of staffing makes I extremely difficult to have a work life balance with this company.
