      Pros

      Good employer, regional offices have staff who have worked a very long time and risen up and moved between jobs, flexibility and good benefits, interesting range of work.

      Cons

      Its a large company so with that comes pockets of issues - e.g. HR being slow making recrutiment a pain, etc
