Pros
Very supportive of graduates, Mostly outside of London roles Company perks are generous inc. up to 14% pension contribution and 10-40% insurance discounts. Bonus varies by year but normally falls between 4% of salary to 15%
Cons
Often comes up that the pay is on the mid-low end. But I haven't personally felt this is the case (I have achieved increased bonus based on performance every year thus far which has helped)
