I joined Aviva as a software engineer, and it has been one of the worst companies I’ve worked for so far. The environment is toxic, with senior employees engaging in bullying, lies from the head of engineering, blatant nepotism, and more. Joining Aviva was a big mistake, and I deeply regret the decision.
