Pros
Everything is computerised, can no longer make a decision Benefits aren't as good as they used to be Apprentices are favoured above anyone, long standing existing staff are overlooked. They say they care but it's just words The only people management care about are themselves and keeping shareholders happy Face fits culture
Cons
Just about everything really Pay isn't too bad, work/life isn't too bad However all this pales into insignificance if you cannot do the job to your best ability if you stopped due to endless red tape
