There is no real incentive to progress, you try as hard as you and still get treat like dirt. CEO does not listen to feedback as they based poor feedback scores on an announcement to go back to the office. Even though morale in the office has been low for a long time. Parts of the company are in such a dire situation that they are losing staff to their own negligence. They never want to take ownership and del with the issues at hand as they don't see that there is an issue.
