Pros
Career progression for those who work hard and go for it. I have worked there 14 years and people really do care about customers.
Cons
A lot of restructure at the moment. This is to be expected though. Overall, it has been handled very well. I do think development opportunities will be fewer in the future but this is the nature of the economic climate we find ourselves in.
