Aviva talks a lot about diversity and inclusion but, in reality, so many people feel excluded. So much money is thrown at LGBT events as they attract good PR. The “inclusion team” has a high turnover with many of them disappearing mysteriously under the radar - that speaks volumes in itself. The company is London-centric, there’s a restructure roughly every 1-2 years and plenty of redundancies each time.
